The process is far from rushed—our bread takes over 24 hours to craft, allowing for perfect fermentation and texture. The result? A soft, fluffy interior with a crisp, golden crust that forms the perfect base for every one of our delicious sandwiches.
Then every Friday we slice em' up, fill em' with the finest Italian produce and deliver them straight to your door within a few of hours of coming out the oven

Fridays are special, so put down that re-heated pesto pasta and treat you and your workmates to one of the best sandwiches known to man.
We'll bake your focaccia fresh Friday morning, fill in with only the finest Italian ingerdients and deliver it straight to your place of work in time for Friday lunchtime. Get that Friday feeling and say "Focc Yeah!" to a lunch that will quite literally* blow your sox off.
